4. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the package selected.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and UPI.
- Final payment deadlines will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timeline and third-party policies (e.g., hotels, airlines).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10–15 business days.
Sample Refund Structure:
- 30+ days before departure: 80% refund
- 15–29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
6. Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, etc.). We are not responsible for any delays or denials due to improper documentation.
7. Health & Safety
- Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to undertake the journey.
- COVID-19 and other health-related regulations (vaccinations, testing, etc.) must be followed as per destination guidelines.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for perfection, LGT INDIA JOURNEZ is not liable for:
- Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Any injury or illness arising during the tour not caused by our direct negligence.
