With a strong foundation in science and technology—holding a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Madras (1995) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications—she brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to business leadership. Govind has been part of the travel industry for over two decades, led by an unwavering passion: showcasing India to the world. What began as a chance entry into travel — driven by his interest in journeying with guests — soon turned into a lifelong commitment. Pankaj brings together a cheerful personality, creative itinerary design, and a deep interest in Indian mythology. With over a decade of experience catering to international travellers, he also understands multiple European languages — including German, French, Italian, and Spanish — enough to bridge cultural nuances with ease. Quick on his feet, he thrives under the dynamic challenges of on-ground operations. The trusted guardian of our Kochi office, Tijo, is known for his sharp eye for detail. From behind-the-scenes logistics to last-mile guest satisfaction, he ensures that everything runs smoothly and our guests always feel well cared for. Fondly known as Velou in the travel fraternity, he is the technology backbone of LGT India Journez. Always accessible to guests, regardless of time zones, he began his career in the travel industry by launching a South India branch in Mahabalipuram — a bold and unique start. He is the one who makes the big MICE movement look like a cakewalk. He oversees operations from our Chennai office and ensures seamless digital infrastructure. The warm and welcoming presence behind our Hyderabad office, Deepti, ensures smooth coordination and outstanding local support.
